These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the R INFINITY Electronics online store (r-infinity-3.myshopify.com) and any purchase made through it. By accessing the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. About R INFINITY Electronics

R INFINITY Electronics is a retail business based at Main Road, Ward 12/C, Sunder Puri Slum Area, Gandhidham, Gujarat 370201, India. We manufacture and sell R INFINITY branded Smart LED Televisions and Speakers, and we resell trusted third-party brands of home appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, coolers, fans, mixer grinders, dry irons, and geysers) from our physical retail store in Gandhidham.

2. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and specifications on the store are provided in good faith. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to modify, discontinue, or restock products at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, if the product is out of stock, the shipping address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraudulent activity). An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of order using one of the methods available at checkout. All online payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways; we do not store card details on our servers.

5. Warranty

R INFINITY branded Smart LED TVs and Speakers carry a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects. Third-party brand appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, ACs, coolers, fans, mixer grinders, irons, geysers) are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty terms and duration. Warranty details are provided with each product.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping timelines, coverage, and charges are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Returns, replacements, and refund eligibility are described on our Returns & Warranty page. Both policies form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this store — including the R INFINITY name, logo, product photos, videos, and written descriptions — is the property of R INFINITY Electronics or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to store systems, or to interfere with the operation of the store or the experience of other customers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, R INFINITY Electronics's liability for any claim relating to a product or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for that specific product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gandhidham, Gujarat.
