How to claim warranty service
Call +91 99747 09416 or email rinfinityecommerce@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Product model and serial number (printed on the back of the unit)
- A short description of the issue, with photos or a video where possible
Our team will respond within 24 hours and arrange service — at your home if you're in Kutch, or via an authorised service partner elsewhere in India. Installation and warranty service are free across India.
