Ordering & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Delivery timelines: 5–7 business days for metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune) and 7–10 business days for the rest of India. Large TVs (65-inch and above) may take an additional 2–3 days due to freight scheduling.
Do you deliver to my city?
We ship to every serviceable pincode in India through our courier partners. If your pincode is remote and requires special arrangements, our team will contact you within 24 hours of order to confirm delivery.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as the courier picks up your order. You can also log into your account on this site to check order status.
Installation
Do you install the TV or speaker at my home?
Yes — installation is free across India on every R INFINITY television and speaker. In Gandhidham and Kutch, our own service team handles it directly. Across the rest of India, installation is arranged through our authorised partner network at no cost to you.
How is installation scheduled?
You can request installation at checkout, or email us after order. We coordinate a convenient time slot around your delivery so the product is set up and running the same day it arrives wherever possible.
Warranty
What warranty does R INFINITY offer?
Every R INFINITY product comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering hardware defects. This is double the standard warranty offered by most brands in the same price segment.
What's covered under the warranty?
Manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal home use. This includes panel issues, power supply, speaker drivers, and included remotes. Physical damage, water damage, and issues caused by unauthorised repair are not covered.
How do I claim warranty service?
Call +91 99747 09416 or email rinfinityecommerce@gmail.com with your order number, product model and a short description of the issue. Our team will respond within 24 hours to arrange service — at your home if you're in Kutch, or via an authorised service partner elsewhere in India.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return the product if I change my mind?
Yes — you may return an unopened, unused product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. See our Returns & Warranty page for full terms.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Please refuse damaged parcels at delivery if possible and record a short video while unboxing. Email us within 48 hours with the video and photos, and we will arrange a free replacement.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit & debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets — all secured through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is available on select pincodes.
Do you offer EMI?
Yes — EMI options are available on major credit cards at checkout, powered by Razorpay. Terms and eligibility are set by your card issuer.

Are R INFINITY products genuine?
Yes. R INFINITY is a registered Indian brand (GSTIN 24IDIPP0270A1ZW) manufactured under quality control from Gandhidham. Every unit ships with a serial number and warranty card. You can verify authenticity by emailing us with the serial number.
