Every R INFINITY television and speaker ships free across India, from our warehouse in Gandhidham to your home — with free installation included everywhere in the country.
Delivery timelines
- Metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune): 5–7 business days
- Tier 2/3 cities and rest of India: 7–10 business days
- Large-format TVs (65-inch and above): add 2–3 days for freight scheduling
- Remote pincodes: our team will contact you within 24 hours of order to confirm delivery
Order tracking
You will receive an email with courier and tracking details as soon as your order is picked up. You can also log into your R INFINITY account to check status. Estimated delivery date is shown on your order confirmation and updated as the shipment moves.
Free installation across India
Installation is included at no extra cost on every R INFINITY television and speaker, anywhere in India.
Within Gandhidham and Kutch: Our own service team installs your product at your home. We coordinate a convenient time slot at delivery.
Rest of India: Installation is arranged through our authorised partner network — still at no cost to you. Request installation at checkout, or email us after order and we'll schedule it.
