2-year warranty
Every R INFINITY television and speaker comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering hardware defects under normal home use.
What's covered
Manufacturing defects and hardware failures
Power supply and internal electronics
Speaker drivers, tweeters and amplifiers
Included remotes and standard accessories
What's not covered
Physical damage, cracked screens, or dents from mishandling
Water, humidity or lightning damage
Damage caused by unauthorised repair or modification
Consumables (batteries in the remote after 6 months)
Panel, backlight, and display module issues
How to claim warranty service

Your order number
Product model and serial number (printed on the back of the unit)
A short description of the issue, with photos or a video where possible
Our team will respond within 24 hours and arrange service — at your home if you're in Kutch, or via an authorised service partner elsewhere in India. Installation and warranty service are free across India.
7-day return window
You may return an unopened, unused R INFINITY product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
Return conditions
Product must be in original packaging with all accessories, remotes, cables and documentation
Product must be unused and free of signs of installation
Serial number sticker intact
Return shipping is coordinated by us — do not ship the product back yourself unless we've arranged the pickup
To start a return, call +91 99747 09416 or email rinfinityecommerce@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned product.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible and record a short video while unboxing. Contact us within 48 hours with the video and photos, and we will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.
Service network
Kutch: our own service team handles installation, warranty claims and repairs directly at your home — always free.
Rest of India: service is delivered via authorised partner networks under R INFINITY's warranty terms — installation and in-warranty service are always free of cost.
